Details:
...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM EST MONDAY...
* WHAT...Snow and black ice. Additional snow accumulations of up
to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. Wet roads will
refreeze, becoming icy and slippery.
* WHERE...Portions of upstate South Carolina, northeast Georgia
and western North Carolina, near the Blue Ridge Escarpment.
* WHEN...Until 8 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Widespread black ice should be expected
Monday morning, and may be a concern into the middle of the
week. DOT asks persons to stay off roads unless absolutely
necessary.

are forecast that will make travel dangerous. Only travel in an
